15PPM Bilge Alarm(선저폐수농도경보장치)은 빌지수의 오일 농도를 측정하고 기름여과장치를 제어하는 장치입니다.
기름여과장치를 통해 배출되는 물은 IMO 결의안 MEPC 107(49)의 규정을 충족하도록 제어됩니다. 이 장치는 처리된 물의 유분 함유량을 연속 측정하여 전면 디스플레이에 표시하고, 만약 15ppm을 초과할 경우 5초 이내에 알람을 발생시킵니다.
또한, 이 장치는 완전 자동 운전 및 제어 시스템으로 알람이 작동함과 동시에 자동 차단 장치를 작동시켜 규정 외 폐수 배출을 차단하고, 폐수를 다시 빌지 탱크로 순환시키는 기능을 갖추고 있습니다.

The 15ppm bilge alarm (Bilge water oil content alarm) is a device designed to monitor and control the operation of the oily water separator that treats bilge water generated on ships.
The water discharged from the 15ppm bilge separator (Oily water separator) is regulated to comply with IMO Resolution MEPC.107(49). This device operates automatically to ensure the oil content of the treated water remains below 15 ppm. If the oil content exceeds 15 ppm, an alarm is triggered and displayed on the front panel within 5 seconds.
Additionally, the device features a fully automatic control system that simultaneously activates an automatic shut-off mechanism upon alarm activation, stopping the discharge and recirculating the oily water back to the bilge tank.
